On July 28, 2013 from 4:00 PM EST to 6:30 PM EST, the friends of the International Development and Relief Foundation will be holding a free online webinar on Zakat, water and Canadian Laws, specifically discussing misunderstandings on how to execute one's Zakat for needy children and women outside Canada within the Canadian Revenue Agency requirements. The webinar will feature world famous speakers and scholars with important IDRF directors discussing this important aspect of Islam.
Water4Life is dedicated to raising $500,000 in zakat and donations -all tax deductible- towards water projects around the world, such as in Sudan, Pakistan, Palestine, and elsewhere. The funds will be distributed by the International Development and Relief Foundation, a Canadian registered charity that has 30 years in the field serving in 29 countries through 37 projects.
